The purpose of the Enneagram
It is an inventory of human intelligence that helps us understand ourselves and others
It is an intervention I use in my coaching practise to help you learn more about yourself at a very deep level; to be clear about your strengths, weaknesses and blind spots. You become aware of what your motivations are and your reason for showing up in the world. The Enneagram assists you to extract information about yourself from your subconscious mind into consciousness. You can then begin a process of change, using deliberate habits, routines, exercises, practises, self-observation and rituals.
The Enneagram can be a helpful tool on your personal growth journey. It can offer insights into your personality, relationships, and how to navigate challenges.
